Deck tiles can effectively and economically address this application if the surface has a minor slope; when the foundation is acutely irregular however, floating structural decks or porcelain tiles perched on pedestals can provide an excellent solution. They offer ease of installation, a level surface, versatility, weight distribution (like deck tiles) and protection in affordable but aesthetically stunning finishes.
Floating decks, Porsets 2 & Porsets 3 are built to spec onsite, installed and designed for optimal water/air flow, ample access underneath to run wires, piping tubes etc. With no nailing or gluing required to secure these exterior flooring options to the surface, they do not interfere with drainage nor do they impede on these delicate foundations.
